Who can participate in the RPN?
The Responsible Publishing Net origins in cross company networking events which soon developped to cross sector dialogues of the print & publishing supply chain. Please register for our newsletter if you would like to receive information on further events.
We are currently setting up the RPN Company Directory in the internal members’ area of our website with companies who decided to take advantage of the specific conditions as early birds.
The RPN is open to all stakeholders in print & publishing supply chains who supply materials and products in print & paper supply chains. Service providers, who offer design, prepress and expert advise are welcome too. The RPN Membership requires the invitation by a RPN Member and the commitment to the RPN Charter.

How do we ensure the data integrity and seamless integration in business procedures?
RPN Members are obliged to commit to the correctness and accuracy of the data provided in their company profiles. We encourage RPN Members to check and update their company profiles and data on a regularly basis to ensure relevance and accuracy. Companies can access support in upsetting and updating their profiles.
RPN Company Profiles can currently be exported by RPN Members as pdf-files. They can be used for standardized supplier assessments and due diligence procedures. PDFs of the RPN Company Profile can also be used by members for their communication with external stakeholders.
How much does participation in the Responsible Publishing Net cost? Is there a trial phase?
We offer three membership packages, which can be booked on a yearly basis. There is a trial phase for new members.
- Basic (1 account)
- Standard (up to 3 accounts)
- Extended (up to 6 accounts)
The RPN membership fees are calculated on a yearly basis based upon the project costs and further development plans. Individual fees and agreements are available for micro companies and others who contribute to the RPN with extraordinary engagement and support.
